Job Announcement: Manual Developer for Pilot Training
Position: Manual Developer (Pilot Training)

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified professional to join our team as a Manual Developer for Pilot Training. This work entails developing and refining training manuals for TFT as an Authorized Training Organization (ATO) under CAAT, assuring compliance with aviation rules and standards. The ideal applicant will have extensive aviation experience as well as outstanding English reading and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and update pilot training manuals to ensure correctness and compliance with aviation standards.
· Collaborate with pilots, instructors, and stakeholders to collect information for manual design.
· Ensure clear and understandable documentation for trainees.
· Update training materials to match industry upgrades and regulatory changes.
· Keep training documents structured and up-to-date.
Required Qualifications:
Aviation Knowledge:
· Extensive knowledge of aviation operations, training processes, and regulatory requirements.
· Experience in aviation-related positions, such as airlines or aviation organizations, is advantageous.
English Proficiency:
· IELTS overall band score of 5.5, with no less than 6.0 in Reading and Writing.
· or, TOEFL iBT score of 70, with no less than 22 in Reading and Writing.
Writing and Documentation Skills:
· Proven ability to write structured, professional training manuals or technical documents.
· Attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
